Born and raised in Abbotsford, Frank has been installing vinyl sundecks since 1992 when he began working for the company of his soon-to-be wife’s family, a business that had been in the family since the early 1980’s.  In 1998 he started a small side venture called Frank’s Deck Repair and Maintenance.

Two years into this venture his clientele had grown to the point where Frank was able to fully support himself and rebranded his company as a full service vinyl sundeck flooring business known as Frank’s Total Deck.  Demand continued to grow and Frank’s Total Deck became incorporated in 2003.
